Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Final sale and gift card purchases are not returnable. There are no restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@forelandeyewear.com. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address once your request is approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@forelandeyewear.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at support@forelandeyewear.com.
