Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Foreland Eyewear. The following outlines our shipping policy for orders placed through our website.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. If you're located outside these regions, unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days for both Canada and the United States. We typically ship via national postal carriers or their partners (e.g. Canada Post, USPS).

Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak periods.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8 CAD for Canadian orders and $8 USD for U.S. orders on purchases under $50 (before tax and after discounts).

Orders over $50 CAD (for Canada) or $50 USD (for the U.S.) qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@forelandeyewear.com. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
